Wannett Farrish Lipscomb

Reidsville, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Ms. Wannett Farrish Lipscomb of 806 Lawndale Dr. Reidsville, NC, who passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022; at her residence.

Wannett was the daughter of the late James T. Farrish and Armiller Brown Farrish; born July 04, 1947; in Caswell County, North Carolina.

Wannett was a member of Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Pelham, NC.

Wannett was employed with the Caswell County School System prior to her retirement. She also later worked at Target Department Store in Burlington, NC. 

Wannett was a loving person, with an infectious smile that could brighten up any room.

In addition to her parents, Wannett was preceded in death by her brother, James Robert Farrish.

Wannett leaves to cherish her beloved memories to her son: Kent Lipscomb (Vivian) of Blanch, NC; her two brothers: Alex Farrish of Reidsville, NC; and Herman Farrish of Reidsville NC; her two sisters: CeCelia McClure of New York, and Elizabeth Johnson (Webster) of Yanceyville NC; her four grandchildren; her three great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A viewing for Mrs. Wannett Farrish Lipscomb will be Friday, November 25, 2022 at 12noon to 1:00pm in the John and Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
