Washington, DC- It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. Nathan Jasper " Peaches " Brown 75, of Washington, DC, who passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 .
He was the son of the late Jasper Brown and Odessa Lambert Brown, born March 18, 1947.
Nathan was very active in the Civil Rights Movement.
His survivors are wife, Pollie Brown of the home; one brother Bernard Brown of Henderson, NC; two sisters, Joslyne Adair of Washington, Dc and Shelia Wilkes of Lexington, NC; three aunts, Pauline Brown of Yanceyville, NC, Alene Brim of Brown Summit, NC and Arlene Pinnix of Lexington, NC; great aunt, Theresa Graves
Funeral service will be Saturday, October 8, 2022 11:00 AM 2nd New Saint Paul Baptist Church 2400 Franklin St. NE, Washington, DC.
Fort Lincoln Funeral Home Brentwood, Md. in charge of arrangements.
