Donald Wilson Williamson

Pelham, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Donald Wilson Williamson of 5721 Allison Road, Pelham, North Carolina; who departed this earthly life on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Brian Center Nursing Facility in Yanceyville, North Carolina

Mr. Donald Wilson Williamson was the son to the late Albert Williamson and Lula Graves Williamson, who was born on September 30, 1944 in Caswell County, North Carolina.

Donald was a “Class of 1962” graduate from Caswell County High School.

Donald joined New Ephesus Baptist Church, where he served as member of the Graveyard Committee and an active member of the Usher Board. 

Donald was also a retired machinist from Piedmont Precision in Danville, Virginia. His favorite pastimes were yard work, working on cars, watching, and going to Nascar and Drag Racing events.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by one brother, Albert “Skeet” Williamson.

Mr. Donald Wilson Williamson leaves to cherish his beloved memories his one son, Donald Gregory Williamson of Pelham, North Carolina; one daughter, Robin Glover (Darian) of Burlington, North Carolina; one brother, Paul Williamson of Providence, North Carolina; three grandchildren; a host of other relatives, and friends.

Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time. 

 (Per CDC Guidelines:  Facial Masks are required).

Funeral Service for Donald Wilson Williamson will be Sunday, February 28, 2021 2:00 pm in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.   Interment will follow at the New Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery.  (Per CDC Guidelines:  Facial Masks are required).

*Attendance at the funeral will be limited to fifty (50) individuals and attendees will be pre-determined by the family*.
