Cascade, VA. - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Ms. Celitia Danielle Abbott age 42 of 5121 Cascade Rd. Cascade, VA., who passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022; at Sovah Health in Martinsville, VA.

Celitia was born in Reidsville, North Carolina on December 26,1979; to the late Harry Abbott and Patricia Pass Abbott Strange. She was a graduated of Tunstall Senior High School Dry Fork, VA. class of 1997 and she worked at Food Lion in Eden, NC, Target, Walmart, and Aldi in Danville, VA.

Celitia was a member of Sunny Home Baptist Church in Eden, NC.

In addition to her parents, Celitia was preceded in death by her stepfather, Mr. Lawrence Strange.

Ms. Celitia Danielle Abbott leaves to cherish her memories to one brother, Harry Abbott of Danville VA; one sister, Cassandra A. Hampton (Eddie) of Pelham NC; one stepsister, Caroline Scale of Florida; three aunts, Annie Hairston of Pelham, NC, Cora Pass of Eden, NC, and Lucinda Snead of Laurinburg NC; four uncles, George Abbott (Cathy) of Pelham, NC, Theodore Strange (Barbara) of Lorton, VA, Percy Lemons and Lorenzo Stokes ( Doll Baby ) ;  great aunt; Cornelia Price of Pelham, NC;  niece, Alexus C. Abbott of Danville, VA; three nephews; Adam Hampton of Pelham, NC, Cor’marius Scales of Martinsville, VA, and Antonio Peeler of Axton VA; “just like a nephew,” Isaac Medrano of Dry Fork, VA; two pet dogs, Monkey and Bella and other cherished friends.

A viewing for Ms. Celitia Danielle Abbott will be Thursday, December 08, 2022; from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fulton-Walton Memorial Chapel, at 417 Price Street, in Eden North Carolina.

Funeral Services for Ms. Celitia Danielle Abbott will be Friday, December 09, 2022; at 12noon; with Family Visitation from 11:30am to 12noon at Fulton-Walton Memorial Chapel, at 417 Price Street, in Eden North Carolina.

Interment will follow in the Strange Family Cemetery, Cascade, VA.
