Carolyn Ann Lipscomb

Yanceyville, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Ms. Carolyn Ann Lipscomb of 3332 NC Hwy 86 N. Lot 18, Yanceyville, NC who passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021 at her residence.

She was the daughter of the late John Lewis Lipscomb and Elizabeth Ann Long Lipscomb, born November 15, 1948 in Yanceyville, NC.

She attended Caswell County Training School. She was employed at Fairystone Fabrics, Inc in Burlington, NC, but due to declining health she was unable to continue to be employed at the company.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, John Wayne Lipscomb, Frank Douglas Lipscomb, and Michael Donnell Lipscomb; four sisters, Hope Lipscomb, Mary Arthur Lipscomb, Katherine Jones and Jackie L. Henderson; two grandchildren, Elijah Lipscomb and Kayla Lipscomb.

Her survivors are three children, Nikki Turner (Gerald) and Gregory Lipscomb (Rolanda) of Yanceyville, NC; Kelvin Lipscomb (Christina) of Timberlake, NC; one brother, Jerry Lipscomb (Marcie) of Blanch, NC; three sisters, Elizabeth Patsy Lipscomb (Tommy) and Sandra K. Poteat (Malcolm) of Blanch, NC; Nancy Williams of Burlington, NC; brother-in-law, Larry Wayne Jones of Blanch, NC; twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home, Yanceyville, NC with a limit of 10 people at a time.

Funeral services for Ms. Carolyn Ann Lipscomb will be Wednesday, May 19, 2021, 1:00 PM with family arriving thirty minutes prior to service in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home, Yanceyville, NC.
