Milton, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. Kirk Alfred Vinston Sr. of 84 Community Circle Milton, NC who passed away Thursday, October 3, 2019 in the VA Medical Center, Durham, NC.
He was a native of Caswell County, NC, the son of the late Johnnie Alfred Vinston and Mildred Odella Winstead Vinston, born September 23, 1945. He was a member of High Street Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Male Chorus.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Blakely Vinston.
His survivors are wife, Maggie Louise Lipscomb Vinston of the home; one son, Kirk Alfred Vinston Jr. ( Shyrelle ) of Greensboro, NC ; one daughter, Cordelia Vinston of Milton, NC; one sister, Nellie Vinston Lee (Harry) of Greensboro, NC; 6 grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
